PDay update 7/6/15

Hey everyone!!

This is going to be a shorter email.
Well, last Monday was fun.  We played sports in the gym at the church.  I was SO sore for the next couple days though hahaha Bad idea.

So I got to meet our new mission president and his wife!!  We drove all the way to Amherst, Nova Scotia!  (I missed Nova Scotia!)  AND I got to be in Canada for Canada Day!

President and Sister Pratt are SO sweet!  I love them!  They are going to do so much for this mission. =]  It was a really good Zone Conference!

OH!  A cool experience I had this week!
So we parked our car and started to walk into our apartment and I told Sister Powell, "I don't know why, but we need to keep walking forward."  (And not go inside just yet.)  She asked me why and I said that I didn't know.  So we walked passed our door just a little ways and about 10 feet from our door a lady comes busting out from a shop and literally almost runs into us.  We sit there apologizing for a minute and then we get talking and she has talked to missionaries before!  And we set up a time to meet with her!!!  HOLY SPIRIT!!  Follow it!!  Because people will fall into your lap.....kind of literally. hahahah  It was pretty cool.

So we have an investigators getting baptized July 18th.  I am praying to stay here another transfer to be here for it because that is the Saturday RIGHT after transfers.  PRAY THAT I'LL STAY! hahaha She was going to be baptized this Saturday, but she needs more time to understand the doctrine.  ALSO we have a really nice man named Dale on date for August 8th and he came to church yesterday!  He is pretty deaf so we got him listening devices for church, but they didn't work too well.  He has the hardest time hearing my voice because it's the highest out of everyone else! hahah It's kind of hilarious.  After teaching him I'm always tired and out of breath. lol

We went to a baptism yesterday in Island Falls.  It was the Houlton sisters investigators that were baptized. And there was a baptism right after too for a little girl so we stayed for that too.  It was the most interesting baptism I have ever witnessed. hahahah One of them was dunked 7 times. hahahah His wife was dunked 2, and the little girl was dunked 2 as well. hahahahah poor things.  But the spirit was there.

Well, I'm sure other things happened this week, but I am going to end it there.
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Sister Creager
