PDay update 5/25/15

Ooook so I forgot my planner so I can't do a day-by-day thing this week.  BUT I will tell you about some great things that have happened.  (I was tumbling today so I am all pumped up.  Hence, all the caps lock! =D haha)

So we were street contacting Presque Isle main st. this week and we had the option to go in two different directions, we decided on one way and just around the corner we ran into TJ.  He was super cool and he let us teach a lesson right then!  We walked to the library and taught him.  HE ACCEPTED THE BAPTISMAL INVITE!  There was no hesitation!  Downer part is that he is moving to Houlton on the 30th... merp.  So we wouldn't get the chance to see his baptism if he was baptized.  BUT we found him! =D  He said he has been looking for a church.   So that was pretty awesome.

ON TO WINNIE!
Winnie is just a champ!  We have only taught her one real lesson and before we got started she told us she has read ALL of the Book of Mormon and has started it again a second time to mark it and study it!!  HOW GREAT IS SHE?!  PLUS she went on to Mormon.org and was asking questions!!  She already been to church twice so far!  Man, she is great. =]  She is so golden!

(This email is going to be all over the place.)

So today we went to a ward party at a park and we went in some clothes we could play sports in and it was SO. MUCH. FUN!  Everyone here tells me that they have the impression I am the quiet type that likes to read.  Now, you ALL know that both of those things are SO not me. hahah So it was nice to be more of myself today.  Someone saw me tumble and said "WHOA!  I would have NEVER have guessed you could do that!" hahah Man, I think I haven't changed much at all, but apparently mission-me is a lot more calm and ...studious? haha Possibly.  It kind of comes with the calling I suppose.

I'm kind of struggling with things to tell you.

OH!  How about this!  Missionaries report on these things called "key indicators".  These are specific things we keep track of to monitor our progress.  Well, there are a couple of standards that President Leavitt has set.  Silver and Gold.   It's kind of hard to reach them sometimes.  THIS WEEK WE HIT GOLD!! =D  WHOO!!  (Braggy moment, sorry. lol)  But it really was amazing because I realized that we don't do this.  The Lord does.  This is His work and I am just the instrument in the masters hands. ;]

Well guys, I wish I had more to say, but this is all I can think of of value to share with you.

THANK YOU!  Happy Memorial Day!

Sister Creager
