PDay update 9/15/2014

I will first post her email update with some pictures and more info below :)

"Hey guys!

This was a pretty good week.  =]

So V is getting BAPTIZED this Saturday!!  And I am SO proud of her and her progression.
We had a lesson with her and we had asked her to read the Joseph Smith Testimony in the front of the Book of Mormon.  She said that she liked it and was able to understand it a lot better than when she tries to read the Book of Mormon.  She said she wanted to feel like Joseph Smith did.  =D

So there's this hill here, (This is not missionary talk, so I apologize.)  But I call the hill, "Hill Holy-crap" hahah We often times walk down to the main street to contact, so naturally, when we need to go home, we have to hike it back to our apartment.  So I call it Hill Holy-crap. hahaha But it's all good. =] I'll end this transfer with muscles of steel! =]

So we have been teaching a less active member.  His name is B.  Lots of people call him the lumberjack because he seriously looks like one.  haha But he lost his dad when he was in his teens, and found his dad's set of scriptures with a note written to him in them and it has led him to slowly reactivation.  He is becoming a really good friend and we are so proud of his progression!  I think that someday someone will tell me that B has a temple date set and I will be SO excited!! =]

So here's a weird story.  We taught this one guy, C, that sat next to Sister L on her air-plane ride on her way to the mission.  She spent the first 6 months of her mission in Newfoundland, and then came here.  The weird thing is while at the grocery store, C walked in!  So we had a lesson with him!

V is doing so well!  Her testimony is growing so much EACH day!! =D  The ward had a service project this last Saturday the 13th.  We helped fix up a scout camp.  We painted and cleaned and hauled firewood.  We all made an assembly line to move it from the pile and stack it in the shed.  (I have a picture of that!)  The second time we did that V helped, and she said, "You know, this is honestly the first time I have ever done something for anyone else."  and we asked how it feels and she said, "Pretty amazing actually."  <3 <3 <3 =D  She is golden!!

OH YEAH!!  Brother T made us BALLOON art!  I have pictures, but they can't be posted anywhere because we're not being very "dignified" haha It was really fun!  The elders were with us because they had given Sister L a blessing because she hasn't felt well.  It was SO MUCH FUN! haha Good times.  Elder W got an entire fairy princess balloon outfit.  hahaha I will DEFINITELY be sending THAT picture. hahaha

Well, I can't think of much else to say as of now.  I wish I could tell you about every single day, but that would be a really long email, and I'm sure by now you are all pretty bored of reading. haha Thank you all so much for your emails, love, and support!

Remember that you are all sons and daughters of our LOVING Heavenly Father, and that just by knowing that, we know that our potential is beyond our own comprehension!  Our Savior loves us!  Let's never forget how much we are worth!  D&C 18:10

Sister Creager"

She got her GREENIE package.  Haha, she said she was even wearing Green that day.  She loved it!

Her companion got her special TRAINER package with Gluten and Dairy Free goodies :)
Angelica got her package first and they did not know a separate one was coming for her companion.  This is what she said about it, "
"Oh!  And her package got here!!  THANK YOU!  You are the sweetest momma in the whole world.  She was expecting candy like what I had, but when she opened it and saw all of the things she could, (and wanted) to eat, she got kinda emotional.  You are seriously the best mom in the whole world.  I love you. <3"

Picture of her and her companion :)
This was what I had to send her in the first package.  Her Dance jacket.  She says it's getting cold so she will have to buy a coat soon.
